The business unit manager is in charge of developing and managing a group of consultants. He has the responsibility of:
- Manage the Business Unit (BU) profitability
- Recruit and develop the consultants
- Identify customers interested in our professional services
- Follow-up the missions performed by the consultants
- Provide recommendations to them to bring more value to the customers’ organization.
- Report to the partner about each consultant, ongoing missions performed and business development
High potential profile looking to develop its skills within a young and dynamic team. The consultant is in charge to support our customers to reach their objectives, depending on the mission which is provided to us. The work can be either at customers’ office or at KROM’s office. The consultant shall have good adaptation skills to perform the work in different context.
